Kunal Agor is a seasoned infrastructure professional, leader, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in ground engineering solutions. His career began at the project level, where he worked closely with execution teams, gradually growing into senior leadership roles managing large, complex projects across PAN India.

Kunal spent a significant part of his career with Keller Ground Engineering, progressing from a junior engineer to Senior Manager – Operations, where he led high-value projects involving diaphragm walls, deep foundations, ground improvement, and challenging geotechnical conditions. Known for his structured thinking and execution discipline, he has successfully managed large teams, heavy equipment fleets, tight schedules, and demanding stakeholders.

Currently, Kunal works in leadership and consulting roles across infrastructure companies, focusing on operations excellence, business development, strategy, and organizational growth. Alongside his corporate career, he is an entrepreneur and the founder of K24 Enterprises, under which he is building multiple business initiatives, including SNAPORIA, a digital commerce brand.

An MBA graduate and lifelong learner, Kunal is deeply interested in leadership development, mindset transformation, and personal growth.
